My stay at Zen Boutique Hoi An, Eco-Friendly Villa was delightful. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, ensuring that I felt welcomed and valued. I particularly enjoyed the delicious breakfast, featuring local fruits and freshly made dishes. The serene atmosphere and beautiful gardens made every moment memorable.

The included breakfast was outstanding—never had better in Vietnam! The warm and welcoming staff made us feel truly valued, going above and beyond during our stay.

The air conditioning system was unresponsive at times, which made some nights uncomfortable. Minor maintenance issues also disrupted an otherwise smooth experience, impacting relaxation.

The ongoing building works were quite disruptive!!! A heads-up regarding the noise level would have made a significant difference. Also, the air conditioning system occasionally left something to be desired!!!

I enjoyed my stay at Zen Boutique Hoi An mainly because of the spacious Deluxe Double Room with Balcony. The room featured a beautiful balcony that provided a stunning view of the sunrise. The luxurious bathroom was a nice touch, making my mornings more refreshing. Breakfast offered a good variety, with delicious Vietnamese options. Staff members were helpful, offering assistance when needed. However, there were building works going on during my visit. The noise could be bothersome if you're trying to relax during the day. It would have been better to be informed about this before my stay. Despite this, the location is perfect, just a short walk to the ancient town, and biking through the countryside to the beach was easy and free with the bikes provided by the hotel.

All good, meets expectations. The attentive service and relaxing library add a unique touch to the experience.

Amazing stay with super friendly staff

Had a lovely time here! The staff were like a second family, super chill and helpful. Breakfasts were so fresh, loved the Vietnamese options! Our room was spacious and had this beautiful balcony, which was perfect for relaxing. Just wish the shower had a bit more pressure. Overall, a fantastic experience!

This place was just a great fit for a flash stay in Hoi An with good price-value balance. The staff were friendly and helped arrange affordable transport for us to explore the area. Bring bug spray since the mosquitoes can be a nuisance in the evenings.

Loved biking through rice fields and the personal meditation class was an amazing experience! So serene and peaceful.
